Rana Muhammad Arshad

Rana Muhammad Arshad son of Rana Buland Khan was born on January 13, 1970 at Sheikhupura. He graduated in 1990 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. He served as Member, Union Council No.120 during 1997-99; and as Nazim, Union Council during 2001-08 for three terms. He remained Member, Punjab Assembly during 2008-13 and served as Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism and Sports. A businessman and an educationist, who has returned to Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for the second consecutive term in general elections 2013 and has been functioning as Special Assistant to the Chief Minister since 27 November 2016. He also served as Parliamentary Secretary for Information & Culture. He has travelled to UK, Saudi Arabia, France, Germany, Spain, Qattar, Dubai and USA.
