List of Construction Companies in Pakistan

A construction company is a type of company, organization, or enterprise that constructs buildings, infrastructure, apartments, homes, roads, etc. There are three basic types of construction industry that are industrial, buildings, and infrastructure construction companies.

Steps of Construction Company Registration

The construction company is registered with the following three departments.

• Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
• Federal Board of Revenue
• Pakistan Engineering Council
• Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABDP)

The registration with the 1st three departments is compulsory. The registration with the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan is not necessary. It is optional for the construction company. The construction business at a lower level does not need this registration. However, the construction business at a higher level needs this registration because it gives advantages and support to the construction companies.

Following are the steps to register a construction company in Pakistan.

• Selection of a unique business name that clearly describes the purpose of the company.
• Preparation of the documents for the registration of the construction company, including Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association.
• Registration at FBR to get NTN.
• After completing all the processes, the construction company can start its business after the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation.
