I purchased a residential plot in Patel Avenue a project of Black Stone Developers in early 2009 and still waiting for the possession. I checked the NOC issued by Cantonment Board Malir (No. MLR/LP/ acres/NC 162/DS/2008/90 dated 05-Nov-2008) of the project which was available at their office the time of purchasing the plot and I was told that the possession will be given to me in 2010 or max 2011 but I am still following up for the same. Do you have any idea why they have not started giving possession to residential plots owners yet?
