Anwar Aziz had served as the Federal Minister for Food and a famous politician in Punjab.Daniyal Aziz belong to Gujjar family of Shakargarh....He was elected to the Pakistan National Assembly in 1997 for the NA-116 (Narowal-II) constituency and again in 2002. In 2008, however, he was defeated by an independent candidate, Muhammad Tariq Anees due to anti-PML(Q) and anti-Musharraf sentiment of the masses, where the ruling party was routed.
