ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022 is announced to happen in October-November 2022. Before the tournament starts, there is a T20 World Cup 2022 Qualifier Round. It will happen in February 2022 for Group A of Qualifier Round and in July 2022 for Group B of Qualifier Round. So we will get our two T20 World Cup 2022 qualifiers in February 2022 and the remaining two in July 2022. After the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier Round 2022 ends, we will have our final 16 teams playing in the T20 World Cup 2022.

The tournament begins on 16 October 2022. The four teams from Qualifier Round of T20 WC 2022 will join Sri Lanka, Namibia, West Indies, and Scotland in the Group Stage of T20 World Cup 2022. The top two teams of Group A and Group B will join the eight other teams in the T20 World Cup 2022 Super 12s Round.

After Super 12s, two teams, each from Group 1 and Group 2, will qualify for the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 semifinals. The top scorer of each group will play against the runner-up of the other group. The winner of each semifinal will face each other in the T20 World Cup 2022 Final Match. This way, we will get another T20 World Cup Champion on 13 November 2022.
