Rain, thunderstorm likely in most parts of the country 12 Apr 2019

Met office has forecast thunderstorm/rain with gusty winds at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Mardan, Bannu divisions), Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan, while at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, D.I khan, Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Makran divisions and Islamabad during next 24 hours

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Apr, 2019 ) :Met office has forecast thunderstorm/rain with gusty winds at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Mardan, Bannu divisions), Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan, while at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, D.I khan, Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Makran divisions and Islamabad during next 24 hours. According to the synoptic situations a shallow westerly wave is affecting upper and central parts of the country. Another westerly wave is likely to approach south western parts of Balochistan on Sunday.

In last 24 hours rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds occurred at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan while at isolated places in Punjab, Quetta, Kalat, Zhob, Sibbi divisions and Islamabad.
