جوبن کا ان کے دیکھیے ہوگا ابھار کب

عشاق منتظر ہیں قیامت کب آئے گی

بے پردہ منہ دکھائے گا وہ پردہ دار کب

اک روز اپنی جان پہ ہم کھیل جائیں گے

تم پوچھتے رہوگے یوں ہی بار بار کب

بیکس کو کون روئے غریبوں کا کون ہے

میری لحد پہ شمع ہوئی اشک بار کب

کون آیا پڑھتے فاتحہ کس نے چڑھائے پھول

مرنے کے بعد پوچھتا ہے کوئی یار کب

امید ناامید کو ان سے نہیں رہی

دشمن کے دوست ہیں وہ ہوئے میرے یار کب

جو اونچے اونچے ہیں وہی جاتے ہیں بام پر

محفل میں ہم غریبوں کو ملتا ہے یار کب

جب نقد مال تو نے دیا ہم نے نقد دل

ساقی ہمیں بتا دے کہ پی تھی ادھار کب

ملنا چھڑایا تم سے مرا رشک غیر نے

کرتا ہے کوئی آپ سے جبر اختیار کب

آغاؔ کو ذبح کرتے ہو اپنی گلی میں کیوں

جائز ہے میری جان حرم میں شکار کب
