ابھی رسوائیوں کا اک بڑا بازار آئے گا

پھر اس کے بعد ہی وہ کوچۂ دل دار آئے گا

وطن کی ایک تصویر خیالی سب بناتے ہیں

خبر لیکن نہیں کیا اس میں کوئے یار آئے گا

گل شاخ محبت پر لہو کا رنگ کھلتا ہے

کہ اب رنگ حنا ذکر لب و رخسار آئے گا

ہمارے واسطے بھی ساعت ہموار ٹھہرے گی

کہ راہ شوق میں جس دم وہ نا ہموار آئے گا

ابھی آب و ہوائے جسم کے اسرار کھلتے ہیں

ابھی وہ توڑنے اس جسم کی دیوار آئے گا

کرو اہل جنوں کچھ تو کرو سامان دل داری

کہ شہر عشق میں وہ شوخ پہلی بار آئے گا
