خیال شاہد

جانے تو کس فریب سے آراستہ ہے

سارا جہان تجھے تو مجھے چاہتا ہے

ویسے تو تیری سہیلیاں بھی دلکش ہیں مگر،

تم سے جانِ جاں کچھ اور واسطہ ہے

تو مجھے چھوڑ کے جانا چاہے تو جا سکتا ہے،

ویسے اس کے علاوہ ایک اور بھی راستہ ہے،

سنا ہے وصل راس ہے سب کو یہاں،

سنا ہے فراق یہاں لہو چاٹتا ہے

میرے حصے میں تھا سو میں گھائیل ہوا،

ورنہ کون یہاں کسی کیلئے ہجر کاٹتا ہے۔۔
