بقا اللہ بقاؔ

مت تنگ ہو کرے جو فلک تجھ کو تنگ دست

آہستہ کھینچیے جو دبے زیر سنگ دست

گاہے حنا سے گاہ مرے خوں سے سرخ ہو

سو سو طرح سے اس کے دکھاتے ہیں رنگ دست

دیتا ہے کف سے دولت پابوس شمع کی

رو دے گا سر پہ دھر کے پھر آخر پتنگ دست

بھر آنکھ تجھ کو غیر نے دیکھا تو پھر مرے

لیویں گے انگلیوں ہی سے کار‌ خدنگ دست

جز کشت و خون بے گنہاں آستیں سے تو

باہر نکالتا ہے کب اے خانہ جنگ دست

مفت اس کے ہاتھ اب جو بقاؔ سا لگے شکار

پھر کب کرے قصور یہ چرخ پلنگ دست

بقا اللہ بقاؔ
