خود کو رسوا سر بازار بھی کر سکتا ہوں

تو سمجھتا ہے کہ میں کچھ بھی نہیں تیرے بغیر

میں ترے پیار سے انکار بھی کر سکتا ہوں

غیر ممکن ہی سہی تجھ کو بھلانا لیکن

یہ جو دریا ہے اسے پار بھی کر سکتا ہوں

تو مری امن پسندی کو غلط نام نہ دے

وار سہتا ہی نہیں وار بھی کر سکتا ہوں

مے کدہ کار دگر اور جناب واعظ

ایسی نیکی میں گنہ گار بھی کر سکتا ہوں

داورا میں تری دنیا میں تو خاموش رہا

پر سر حشر میں تکرار بھی کر سکتا ہوں
