لاکھ کوئی دے دلاسہ آپ کو

آپ کا غم آپ کا ہی ہوتا ہے

مل تو جاتے ہیں کئی کندھے مگر

بوجھ اپنا آدمی خود ڈھوتا ہے

کون رویا رفتگاں کے غم میں یاں

تو خیال مرگ کر کے روتا ہے

رات بھر ماتم منا کر صبح میں

اوس سے گل داغ شب کے دھوتا ہے
