بچپن

جوہر رحمانی

پیارا پیارا بھولا بچپن

کھیلا جو ماں باپ کے آنگن

پیاری بھولی باتیں اس کی

سپنوں والی راتیں اس کی

پانی کو کہتا ہے مانی

دوڑ کے لائے اس کی نانی

روٹی مانگے آٹی کہہ کر

دوستی توڑے کٹی کہہ کر

ضد پر اپنی جب آ جائے

اپنی سی کر کے وہ دکھائے

پیارے پیارے اس کے کھلونے

کھیلے گڈو اور سلونے

سب پہ حکومت اس کی رہتی

کوئی بات نہ اس کی ٹلتی

گرتا پڑتا اور سنبھلتا

روتا دھوتا اور مچلتا

pyara pyara bhola bachpan
khela jo man bap ke aangan

pyari bholi baaten is ki
sapnon wali raaten is ki

pani ko kahta hai mani
dauD ke lae us ki nani

roTi mange aaTi kah kar
dosti toDe kaTTi kah kar

zid par apni jab aa jae
apni si kar ke wo dikhae

pyare pyare is ke khilaune
khele guDDu aur salone

sab pe hukumat is ki rahti
koi baat na is ki Talti

girta paDta aur sanbhalta
rota-dhota aur machalta
