وطن کے واسطے

کنور پرتاپ چندر آزاد

کیا ہوا گر مر گئے اپنے وطن کے واسطے

بلبلیں قربان ہوتی ہیں چمن کے واسطے

ترس آتا ہے تمہارے حال پر اے ہندیو

غیر کے محتاج ہو اپنے کفن کے واسطے

دیکھتے ہیں آج جس کو شاد ہے آزاد ہے

کیا تمہیں پیدا ہوئے رنج و محن کے واسطے

درد سے اب بلبلانے کا زمانہ ہو گیا

فکر کرنی چاہئے مرض کہن کے واسطے

ہندوؤں کو چاہئے کہ قصد کعبہ کا کریں

اور پھر مسلم بڑھیں گنگ و جمن کے واسطے

kya hua gar mar gae apne watan ke waste
bulbulen qurban hoti hain chaman ke waste
tars aata hai tumhaare haal par ai hindiyo
ghair ke muhtaj ho apne kafan ke waste
dekhte hain aaj jis ko shad hai aazad hai
kya tumhin paida hue ranj-o-mehan ke waste
dard se ab bilbilane ka zamana ho gaya
fikr karni chahiye marz-e-kuhan ke waste
hinduon ko chahiye ki qasd kaba ka karen
aur phir muslim baDhen gang-o-jaman ke waste
