مانا مقام عشرت ہستی بلند ہے
ماہر القادری
مانا مقام عشرت ہستی بلند ہے
میں دل کو کیا کروں کہ اسے ناپسند ہے
تم کو حجاب مجھ کو تماشہ پسند ہے
میری نظر تمہاری نظر سے بلند ہے
اللہ رے دل کی عشق میں دیوانہ واریاں
اندیشۂ زیاں ہے نہ خوف گزند ہے
آنکھوں میں آ چکی ہے محبت کی واردات
طوفان بے پناہ پیالوں میں بند ہے
اب ان کا انتخاب کرے گا یہ فیصلہ
الفت بلند ہے کہ تمنا بلند ہے
ماہرؔ ازل میں دل نے کیا غم کا انتخاب
ان کی خطا نہیں ہے یہ دل کی پسند ہے

tum ko hijab mujh ko tamasha pasand hai
meri nazar tumhaari nazar se buland hai
allah re dil ki ishq mein diwana-wariyan
adnesha-e-ziyan hai na KHauf-e-gazand hai
aankhon mein aa chuki hai mohabbat ki wardat
tufan-e-be-panah piyalon mein band hai
ab un ka intiKHab karega ye faisla
ulfat buland hai ki tamanna buland hai
'mahir' azal mein dil ne kiya gham ka intiKHab
un ki KHata nahin hai ye dil ki pasand hai
