ہر چند جاگتے ہیں پہ سوئے ہوئے سے ہیں

محمد علوی

ہر چند جاگتے ہیں پہ سوئے ہوئے سے ہیں

سب اپنے اپنے خوابوں میں کھوئے ہوئے سے ہیں

میں شام کے حصار میں جکڑا ہوا سا ہوں

منظر مرے لہو میں ڈبوئے ہوئے سے ہیں

محسوس ہو رہا ہے یہ پھولوں کو دیکھ کر

جیسے تمام رات کے روئے ہوئے سے ہیں

اک ڈور ہی ہے دن کی مہینوں کی سال کی

اس میں کہیں پہ ہم بھی پروئے ہوئے سے ہیں

علویؔ یہ معجزہ ہے دسمبر کی دھوپ کا

سارے مکان شہر کے دھوئے ہوئے سے ہیں

sab apne apne KHwabon mein khoe hue se hain

main sham ke hisar mein jakDa hua sa hun
manzar mere lahu mein Duboe hue se hain

mahsus ho raha hai ye phulon ko dekh kar
jaise tamam raat ke roe hue se hain

ek Dor hi hai din ki mahinon ki sal ki
is mein kahin pe hum bhi piroe hue se hain

'alwi' ye moajiza hai december ki dhup ka
sare makan shahr ke dhoe hue se hain
