سوچتا ہوں اٹل تو تو بھی نہیں
تیرے ہوتے بھی سب خراب ہی تھا

اے شگوفوں میں رنگ بھرتے شخص
اس اداسی کا حل تو تو بھی نہیں
جو تری جستجو میں چھوڑ دیا
اس کا نعم البدل تو تو بھی نہیں
مجھ کو یہ جان کر اداسی ہوئی
کچھ مسائل کا حل تو تو بھی نہیں
میں بھی ضوریزؔ کوئی زمزم ہوں
اور پھر گنگا جل تو تو بھی نہیں

aur phir ganga-jal to tu bhi nahin
