بقا اللہ بقاؔ

خال لب آفت جاں تھا مجھے معلوم نہ تھا

دام دانے میں نہاں تھا مجھے معلوم نہ تھا

خواہش سود تھی سودے میں محبت کے ولے

سر بسر اس میں زیاں تھا مجھے معلوم نہ تھا

باتوں باتوں میں مرے سر کو کٹا دے گا رقیب

اس قدر سیف زباں تھا مجھے معلوم نہ تھا

میں تو آیا تھا بقاؔ باغ میں سن جوش بہار

پر یہ ہنگام خزاں تھا مجھے معلوم نہ تھا
