جاری رہتا
تو یقیناً تمہیں محبت ہو جاتی
ابھی ان سے انس ہوا ہی تھا
کہ تلخیاں نظر آنے لگی
شاید وابستہ تھے ہم کبھی کہیں
ورنہ خدایا کوئی سبب تو دے میری
بے چینیوں کا
کوئی گلہ کوئی شکوہ کچھ تو کر
محبت نہ سہی یقیناً
پر یہ شیرے سے گھلے لہجے کا
