اسماعیل میرٹھی

وہی سائل وہی مسؤل وہی حاجت مند

گر ہو مقرون اجابت تو سوال اچھا ہے

ہے تری خوئے کرم تلخ نوائی کا علاج

عوض سنگ ثمر دے وہ نہال اچھا ہے

جمعۂ آخر ماہ رمضان ہے افضل

یوں تو جس وقت میں ہو بذل و نوال اچھا ہے

ہو گئی مخمصۂ قحط و گرانی میں کمی

شکر ہے سال گزشتہ سے یہ سال اچھا ہے

gar ho maqrun-e-ijabat to sawal achchha hai

hai teri KHu-e-karam talKH-nawai ka ilaj
ewaz-e-sang samar de wo nihaal achchha hai

juma-e-aKHir-e-mah-e-ramzan hai afzal
yun to jis waqt mein ho bazl-o-nawal achchha hai

ho gai maKHmasa-e-qaht-o-girani mein kami
shukr hai sal-e-guzishta se ye sal achchha hai
