کیا کیا خلل پڑا ہے ستاروں کے کام میں

اک شخص اپنی ذات کی تعمیر چھوڑ کر

مصروف آج کل ہے مرے انہدام میں

مجھ کو بھی اس گلی میں محبت کسی سے تھی

اب نام کیا بتاؤں رکھا کیا ہے نام میں

کاشفؔ حسین دشت میں جتنے بھی دن رہا

بیٹھا نہیں غبار مرے احترام میں
