مسعودہ امام

تم نے کہا

آسمان پر اک ذرا پتھر تو اٹھا کر دیکھو یارو

یہ حوصلہ اور ہمت کی نصیحت

اٹھا کر تو دیکھا تھا ہم نے بھی یارو

بتاؤں تمہیں کیا ہوا

یہ پتھر تو مجھ پر ہی آ گرا

چوٹ لگی

کہاں کہاں لگی

کس طرح لگی

میں تو لہولہان ہو گئی ہوں

اور بے جان بھی ہو گئی ہوں

اور اب اک میری بھی سنو

ہر مشورے پر عمل کرنے سے پہلے

اپنے کمزور بازوؤں کے ساتھ

زمین کی سختی اور

آسماں کی دوری

بھی تو دیکھو یارو

tum ne kaha
aasman par ek zara patthar to uTha kar dekho yaro
ye hausla aur himmat ki nasihat
uTha kar to dekha tha hum ne bhi yaro
bataun tumhein kya hua
ye patthar to mujh par hi aa gira
choT lagi
kahan kahan lagi
kis tarah lagi
main to lahuluhan ho gai hun
aur be-jaan bhi ho gai hun
aur ab ek meri bhi suno
har mashware par amal karne se pahle
apne kamzor bazuon ke sath
zamin ki saKHti aur
aasman ki duri
bhi to dekho yaro
