کون جانے کتنی باقی کس کے پیمانے میں ہے
جتنا جس کا ظرف ہے اتنی ہی مے خانہ میں ہے
یہ ترا احسان ہے جو تو نے اپنا غم دیا
غم میں ڈھل جانے کی عادت تیرے دیوانے میں ہے
کیا مری رسوائیوں میں تیری رسوائی نہیں
نام تیرا بھی تو شامل میرے افسانے میں ہے
آنسوؤں میں جگمگاتی ہیں تری پرچھائیاں
کیا چراغاں کا یہ منظر دل کے ویرانے میں ہے
کہہ رہی ہے مجھ سے موہنؔ چشم ساقی بار بار
مے کشی کا لطف پی کر ہی سنبھل جانے میں ہے

jitna jis ka zarf hai utni hi mai-KHane mein hai
ye tera ehsan hai jo tu ne apna gham diya
gham mein Dhal jaane ki aadat tere diwane mein hai
kya meri ruswaiyon mein teri ruswai nahin
nam tera bhi to shamil mere afsane mein hai
aansuon mein jagmagati hain teri parchhaiyan
kya charaghan ka ye manzar dal ke virane mein hai
kah rahi hai mujh se 'mohan' chashm-e-saqi bar bar
mai-kashi ka lutf pi kar hi sambhal jaane mein hai
