تمہارے شہر کو چھوڑے ہوئے
اکیس دن
اکیس راتیں
اور کچھ پرکار لمحے ہو چکے ہیں
مرے اعمال نامے پر کسی بے جان جذبے کا
اور ادھورا جسم جلتا ہے
وہاں جب دن نکلتا ہے
وہاں جب شام ہوتی ہے
کسی کے وائلن جیسے بدن پر
نرم دھوپوں کے نکھرتے سائے
اپنی سرمئی آنکھوں سے
دکھ کے راگ گاتے ہیں
وہاں جب رات ہوتی ہے
مرے اندھے مشاموں سے
کوئی خوشبو نکل کر پھیل جاتی ہے
محبت کے کسی شفاف لمحے کا منور جسم
مری بے کراں تنہائیوں میں
جگمگاتا ہے
مجھے کچھ یاد آتا ہے
