پھر خیال آیا کہ جینا ہے مجھے

جس طرح ایک تھکا ماندہ پرندہ

لاکھ ہو برف بہ جاں

لاکھ ہو آہستہ سفر

اک بلندی پہ تو ہوتا ہے ضرور

زیر پرواز کوئی گہرا سمندر ہے تو کیا

اسے اوپر سے گزر جانا ہے
