چاندنی رات میں شانوں سے ڈھلکتی چادر
جسم ہے یا کوئی شمشیر نکل آئی ہے
مدتوں بعد اٹھائے تھے پرانے کاغذ
ساتھ تیرے مری تصویر نکل آئی ہے
کہکشاں دیکھ کے اکثر یہ خیال آتا ہے
تیری پازیب سے زنجیر نکل آئی ہے
صحن گلشن میں مہکتے ہوئے پھولوں کی قطار
تیرے خط سے کوئی تحریر نکل آئی ہے
چاند کا روپ تو رانجھے کی نظر مانگے ہے
رین ڈولی سے کوئی ہیر نکل آئی ہے
