خود وہ آتے اگر یقیں ہوتا

ساحر ہوشیار پوری

خود وہ آتے اگر یقیں ہوتا

درد پرسش طلب نہیں ہوتا

دل تو کیا جان تک فدا کرتے

تم سا لیکن کوئی حسیں ہوتا

سجدہ کرتے ہزار بار مگر

کوئی در لائق جبیں ہوتا

اس میں شامل جو ہوتا ذکر ان کا

یہ فسانہ بہت حسیں ہوتا

تیرے وعدوں پہ بھی یقیں کرتے

ہم کو دل پر اگر یقیں ہوتا

دل پہ جب تک نہ اس کے چوٹ آئے

آدمی کام کا نہیں ہوتا

بادہ مرغوب دل ہے تلخی سے

زہر ہوتا جو انگبیں ہوتا

ہستیٔ بے ثبات کا ساحرؔ

نقش کوئی تو دل نشیں ہوتا

KHud wo aate agar yaqin hota
dard pursish talab nahin hota

dil to kya jaan tak fida karte
tum sa lekin koi hasin hota

sajda karte hazar bar magar
koi dar laeq-e-jabin hota

is mein shamil jo hota zikr un ka
ye fasana bahut hasin hota

tere wadon pe bhi yaqin karte
hum ko dil par agar yaqin hota

dil pe jab tak na us ke choT aae
aadmi kaam ka nahin hota

baada marghub-e-dil hai talKHi se
zahr hota jo angbin hota

hasti-e-be-sabaat ka 'sahir'
naqsh koi to dil-nashin hota
