ثنا اللہ ثنا
دلوں میں آدمیت سو رہی ہے
زمیں کیا بوجھ اپنا ڈھو رہی ہے
ذرا اے عشق تو رہنا سنبھل کر
شرارت حسن کی کچھ ہو رہی ہے
ہماری آرزوؤں کے محل میں
اداسی بال کھولے سو رہی ہے
جہاں تھے غلغلے کل محو رقصاں
وہاں پہ خامشی اب رو رہی ہے
ثناؔ تیرے غبار آئنہ کو
اسی کی یاد میں تو دھو رہی ہے

zara ai ishq tu rahna sanbhal kar
shararat husn ki kuchh ho rahi hai
hamari aarzuon ke mahal mein
udasi baal khole so rahi hai
jahan the ghalghale kal mahw-e-raqsan
wahan pe KHamushi ab ro rahi hai
'sana' tere ghubar-e-aina ko
usi ki yaad mein to dho rahi hai
