زمیں کچھ فلک کو بتانے لگی ہے
دھنک رنگ کے گیت گانے لگی ہے
ہے پھیلا یہ ہر سمت کیسا اجالا
دبے پاؤں شب جیسے جانے لگی ہے
یہ بارش کی بوندیں فضاؤں میں اڑ کر
ستاروں کی لو کو بجھانے لگی ہے
وہ ساحل پہ جو اپنے نقش قدم تھے
انہیں غم کی لہریں مٹانے لگی ہے
یہ پتوں کی باتیں درختوں کی آہیں
ہوائیں بھی قصے سنانے لگی ہے
