ترس گئے تھے مرے لب ہنسی کو جس کے سبب
ہوا ہے آج وہی اشک بار میرے لیے
وہ میرے قرب سے محروم ہی رہے شاید
وہ منتظر ہے سمندر کے پار میرے لیے
مری تلاش میں ہوگا مرا نصیب کبھی
