اعتراف

سید عباس رضا تنویر

میں نے بکھرے ہوئے الفاظ کو یکجا کر کے

ذہن کو چائے کے دو گھونٹ سے بیدار کیا

اور پھر شعر کہا

یہ زمانہ کبھی وحشی نہ درندہ ہوتا

اس کے سینے میں کوئی دل بھی جو زندہ ہوتا

میرے اشعار رسالوں میں چھپے

بزم احباب میں دہرائے گئے

نقد و تحسین کے میزانوں پر

بارہا میرے سخن لائے گئے

مجھ کو معلوم نہیں

وہ زمانہ جو درندہ تھا کہاں تک پہونچا

میں تو بس

ہاتھ پر ہاتھ دھرے

ستم و جور شب و روز زمانہ سے پرے

شعر کہتا رہا افزائش فن کی خاطر

اور سناتا رہا تشہیر سخن کی خاطر

main ne bikhre hue alfaz ko yakja kar ke
zehn ko chae ke do ghunT se bedar kiya
aur phir sher kaha
ye zamana kabhi wahshi na darinda hota
is ke sine mein koi dil bhi jo zinda hota
mere ashaar risalon mein chhape
bazm-e-ahbab mein dohrae gae
naqd-o-tahsin ke mizanon par
barha mere suKHan lae gae
mujh ko malum nahin
wo zamana jo darinda tha kahan tak pahuncha
main to bas
hath par hath dhare
sitam-o-jaur-e-shab-o-roz-e-zamana se pare
sher kahta raha afzaish-e-fan ki KHatir
aur sunata raha tashhir-e-suKHan ki KHatir
