مجھے بھی کوئی اپنا لگنے لگا تھا

ارسنؔ دل ساز

سبھی آنکھوں کو دل سے پڑھنے لگا تھا

میں خود کو ارسطو سمجھنے لگا تھا

بڑے غور سے دیکھتا تھا کسی کو

مجھے بھی کوئی اپنا لگنے لگا تھا

بدلنا تھا جس وقت میں تو نے مجھ کو

وہ بھی وقت جیسے بدلنے لگا تھا

قدم روک لیتی تھی آواز کوئی

تجھے بھول کر آ گے بڑھنے لگا تھا

چلو پہلے میں جھوٹ کہتا رہا ہوں

اسے اب محبت میں کرنے لگا تھا

گرا کر گیا تو مجھے کس جگہ پر

کہیں جا کے جب کچھ سنبھلنے لگا تھا

مرے حال پر ہنستا ہے اب وہ ارسنؔ

جسے دیکھ کر دل یہ ہنسنے لگا تھا
