آج کے بعد پھر کبھی ملنا نہیں ہے مجھے

ترک تعلق کو دل تو مانتا نہیں ہے میرا

پھر بھی عمر بھر کا ساتھ چھوڑنا ہے مجھے

قصور اس کا ہے نا میرا زمانے کا ہے

سب جانتے ہوئے بھی منہ موڑنا ہے مجھے

واپسی کا سفر کٹھن تو ہو گا بہت

آنسوؤں کو آنکھوں میں روکنا ہے مجھے

وقت وقت کی بات ہے وہ میرا تھا کبھی

اب تو خوابوں میں ہی دیکھنا ہے مجھے

پرچھائیاں ہی پرچھائیاں ہیں ارد گرد میرے

آسیب زدہ سا گھر اپنا لگتا ہے مجھے

دل کی طرح گھر کا دروازہ بھی بند کر دیا

اب کیسی کا انتظار کرنا نہیں ہے مجھے

وہ لوٹ کر اب نا کبھی اس گھر کو آئے گا

دروازے سے لگی سسکیوں کو روکنا ہے مجھے
