آرزو میری تو وابستہ اسی جام سے ہے

محفلیں جب سے سجاتا ہوں ترے نام کی میں

ایک خوشبو سی مرے گھر میں اسی شام سے ہے

زندگی جس کلمے سے یہ سنورتی ہے تیری

وہ اسی میم سے ہے اور اسی لام سے ہے

نام حسان کا باقی ہے ابھی بھی جس سے

تیری نسبت بھی تو اشفاق اسی کام سے ہے
