رویا کون ہے یہاں یہ آواز کیسی ہے

رویا کون ہے یہاں یہ آواز کیسی ہے

دیوار کے ماتھے پر یہ نمی سی کیسی ہے

درد تو معلوم ہے کہ دیا ہے کسی نے

یہ آہ جو ہونٹوں پر جمی سی کیسی ہے

سنا تھا کہ اب تو کھنڈر ہے وہ شہر

پھر اب یہ وہاں گہما گہمی سی کیسی ہے

غلط ہے یہ بات کہ میں ہوں غلط

نجانے اسے یہ غلط فہمی سی کیسی ہے

بک تو گیا تھا سب اک اشارے پر

پھر یہ شہر میں نیلامی سی کیسی ہے

یخ بستہ اندھیری رات کے پہلو میں

یہ نور کی اک جھلکار سی کیسی ہے

اک یقین نا تواں کہ مکمل ہوں مزمل

آج میرے اندر یہ کمی سی کیسی ہے
