نہیں وہ باوفا تو کوئی مسئلہ نہیں

نہیں وہ باوفا تو کوئی مسئلہ نہیں

گِرے ہوؤں کا گِرنا کوئی سانحہ نہیں

نہ جانے کیوں اذیتوں میں مبتلا ہو تم

تمہارا میرا اب تو کوئی رابطہ نہیں

ہو کیا ہی معجزہ جو تم ملا کرو کہ اب

تمہارے میرے گھر میں کوئی فاصلہ نہیں

غبارِ دل نکالا ہے، کَوئی سبب ہوگا

وگرنہ ایسے روتا کوئی بے وجہ نہیں

یہ کیوں ہمارے درمیان فاصلے پڑے

ہمارے درمیاں تو کوئی تیسرا نہیں

جی چاہے جتنا لُوٹیے مرا قرارِ دل

مری متاعِ جان کوئی مسئلہ نہیں

سبھی کے طنز کا میں بھی، جواب رکھتا ہوں

میں ادباً ہوں خموش، کوئی بے زباں نہیں

بگڑ چکا ہے زخم، آ رہے ہو دیر سے

اے چارہ گر تمہارا کوئی فائدہ نہیں

میں تو نہیں خفا ترے بچھڑنے پر ثمرؔ

یہ میرے نزد پہلا کوئی واقعہ نہیں
