کم نہیں ہے شادی طوفان سے ایمان سے

جیتے تھے ہم بھی کبھی شان سے ایمان سے

قصہ اس مجنوں کا ہم ہی سنتے جائیے

چرس نکلی اس کے سامان سے ایمان سے

سب تو کہتے ہیں کہ سونا نکلتا ہے مگر

میل ہی نکلی فقط کان سے ایمان سے

بزم میں کل تھوک سے بھر گیا تھا منہ مرا

ہو گئی نفرت مجھے پان سے ایمان سے

کیا مسیحائی ہے میرے مسیحا کی مگر

آج پھر اک اور گیا جان سے ایمان سے

اپنے جوتے بھی سحر چھوڑ کر بھاگا ہے وہ

کام کروائے تھے مہمان سے ایمان سے
