اس دل میں تمنا کتنی تھی اس میں تو کوئی ابہام نہیں

اس دل میں تمنا کتنی تھی اس میں تو کوئی ابہام نہیں
گو ترک محبّت ہو ہی چکی پر ایسی بھی ناکام نہیں
پیمانے بہت تھے ، ساقی بھی، میخانہ بھرا تھا رندوں سے
ہم تشنہ لب ہی لوٹ گئے کہ خالی کوئی جام نہیں
ان لمحوں کی راحت جانتے ہو جب باہیں گلے کا ہار بنیں
میں واقعتاً سچ کہتا ہوں ان لمحوں کا کوئی نام نہیں
یہ کیسا تماشہ ہے جاناں، یہ کیسی عجب رسوائی ہے
مجھ پر تو بہت الزام لگے اور تجھ پے کوئی الزام نہیں
میں ٹھہرا ایک شاعر مجنوں، نہ لینے میں نہ دینے میں
بجز ان قیمتی یادوں کے میرے گھر میں کوئی سامان نہیں
جب تم سے تعلق ٹوٹا تھا میں گھنٹوں بیٹھ کے رویا تھا
سچ کہتا ہوں اب ایسی کوئی مجھکو میسّر شام نہیں
