صدیوں پہلے آدمی جنگل سے

میدان کی سمت آیا تھا

بستیاں بسا کر زندگی گزارنے کے لئے

مگر اب بستیاں ہی جنگل بن گئی ہیں

جہاں انسان

جانور سے بد تر خصلتوں کا حامل ہو گیا ہے

چلو پھر جنگل کی طرف لوٹ چلیں

فطرت سے قریب ہونے کے لئے

پر سکون زندگی کی تلاش میں

sadiyon pahle aadmi jangal se
maidan ki samt aaya tha
bastiyan basa kar zindagi guzarne ke liye
magar ab bastiyan hi jangal ban gai hain
jahan insan
jaanwar se bad-tar KHaslaton ka hamil ho gaya hai
chalo phir jangal ki taraf lauT chalen
fitrat se qarib hone ke liye
pur-sukun zindagi ki talash mein
