فلک شعور پہ غالب زمیں جبلت پر
خلا سمیٹے ہوئے ہیں دل و دماغ مرے
سنبھال رکھے گی اولاد آخرش کب تک
قلم دوات کتابیں بجھے چراغ مرے
گرا دیا تری تعمیر نے مرا سب کچھ
نہ گاؤں گاؤں رہا اور نہ باغ باغ مرے
قدم قدم پہ ملیں گے لہو کے خشک نشاں
بھٹکنے دیں گے نہ آئندگاں کو داغ مرے
