تھک گئے لوگ آزما کے مجھے

فرض کا راستہ دکھا کے مجھے

آپ کیوں سو گئے جگا کے مجھے

پاس تھے تو نہ قدر تھی میری

یاد کرتے ہیں دور جا کے مجھے

میں تمہیں یاد کر کے جیتا ہوں

جی نہ پاؤ گے تم بھلا کے مجھے

حادثے تھے قدم قدم جاذبؔ

اس نے رکھا بچا بچا کے مجھے
