چراغ بریلوی
طے ہوا دن کہ کھلے شام کے بستر چلیے
پاؤں کو حکم تھکن کا ہے کہ اب گھر چلیے
پہلے پہلے تو کسی چیز سے ٹکراؤگے
تب کہیں ذہن کہے گا کہ سنبھل کر چلیے
چوٹ دیکھیں گے تو منزل پہ نہیں پہنچیں گے
لگ گئی پاؤں کو جو لگنی تھی ٹھوکر چلیے
ایسے کتنے ہی ملیں گے تمہیں منزل تک سو
دیکھنا چھوڑیئے بھی میل کے پتھر چلیے
راہ میں بھیڑ ڈراتی ہے تو گھر جاتے ہیں اور
گھر کی تنہائی یہ کہتی ہے کہ باہر چلیے
