یوں اچانک ملاقات تجھ سے ہوئی

جیسے رہ گیر کو

بے طلب

بے دعا

راہ میں ایک انمول موتی ملے

اور ہنگام رخصت یہ احساس ہے

جیسے مرد جفا کش کا اندوختہ

حاصل محنت زندگی

راہزن چھین لے

جیسے زاہد کو پیری میں احساس ہو

عمر بھر کی ریاضت اکارت گئی

be-dua
rah mein ek anmol moti mile
aur hangam-e-ruKHsat ye ehsas hai
jaise mard-e-jafa-kash ka andoKHta
hasil-e-mehnat-e-zindagi
rahzan chhin le
jaise zahid ko piri mein ehsas ho
umr bhar ki riyazat akarat gai
