نہ ہوں پیسے تو استقبالیوں سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا

کسی شاعر کو خالی تالیوں سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا

نکل آئی ہے ان کے پیٹ سے پتھری شکر کوٹیڈ

جو کہتی تھی کہ میٹھی چھالیوں سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا

''خودی'' کو بیچ کر ''شاہین'' کو بھی ذبح کر ڈالا

ہم ایسے زود ہضم اقبالیوں سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا

وہی حضرات تقسیم وطن کے اصل مجرم ہیں

جو کہتے ہیں یہاں بنگالیوں سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا

عبث ہے ان سے اک چڑیا کے بچے کی ولادت بھی

کہ ان فیشن زدہ گھر والیوں سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا

مزا جب ہے کہ زندوں کو سناؤ نغمۂ الفت

کسی کی قبر پر قوالیوں سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا

یہ بچوں میں اضافہ کر رہے ہیں رات دن خالدؔ

اپوزیشن کے ان ہڑتالیوں سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا
