دوستاں گر دوست ہو تو یہ کبھو مت کیجیو

جس ادا کا کشتہ ہوں میں وہ رہے میرے ہی ساتھ

اس ادا کو مبتذل اے خوبرو مت کیجیو

وقت رخصت دل نے اتنا ہی کہا رو کر کہ بس

اب پھر آنے کی مرے تو آرزو مت کیجیو

میں تو یوں ہی تم سے دیوانہ سا بکتا ہوں کہیں

اس کے آگے دوستاں یہ گفتگو مت کیجیو

زلف کے کوچہ سے ہو گلشن میں گزرے ہے صبا

آج واں جا کر گلوں کو کوئی بو مت کیجیو

کل کے جھگڑے میں بھلا ہے کس کے یارو حق بطرف

واجبی جو ہو سو کہیو میری رو مت کیجیو

واں حسنؔ ہرگز نہیں ہے ڈھیل پھر جانے میں کچھ

آشنائی پر بھروسہ اس کی تو مت کیجیو
