حق شناسوں کے ہاں خدا ہے عشق

عشق کے درد کی دوا ہے عشق

کیا ڈبایا محیط میں غم کے

ہم نے جانا تھا آشنا ہے عشق

عشق سے جا نہیں کوئی خالی

دل سے لے عرش تک بھرا ہے عشق

کوہ کن کیا پہاڑ کاٹے گا

پردے میں زور آزما ہے عشق

عشق ہے عشق کرنے والوں کو

کیسا کیسا بہم کیا ہے عشق

کون مقصد کو عشق بن پہنچا

آرزو عشق مدعا ہے عشق

میرؔ مرنا پڑے ہے خوباں پر

عشق مت کر کہ بد بلا ہے عشق
