حسرتیں سوئی ہیں اس تاج محل کے پیچھے
غور کرتا ہوں تو کچھ ذائقہ بڑھ جاتا ہے
آندھیاں جھیلی ہیں پیڑوں نے بھی پھل کے پیچھے
بس یہی سوچ کے میں اپنے اٹھاتا ہوں قدم
روح چلتی ہے بزرگوں کی عمل کے پیچھے
