اُِک ظلم، اُس پہ دیکھو آنکھیں دِکھا رہا ہے

اُِک ظلم، اُس پہ دیکھو آنکھیں دِکھا رہا ہے
'انجام بے حیا کا نذدِیک آ رہا ہے"
پِچھلی دہائیوں میں پاپی اِکائیوں کا
سب جانتے ہو یارو کِردار کیا رہا ہے
دھرتی ہے ایک ڈھانچہ، کرگس ہیں چار جانِب
اِک نوچ کر گیا اب اِک اور آ رہا ہے
حاکِم کی ہے ضیافت چونتیس لاکھ کی اور
اِس شہر کا مُعلّم ٹُکڑے چبا رہا ہے
کیا تجربے کو تُجھ کو یہ سرزمِیں مِلی تھی؟
چُلُّو میں ڈوب مر، پِھر سپنے دِکھا رہا ہے؟
چالیں ہیں شاطرانہ، نیّت بھی کھوٹ والی
اِک حُکمراں کہ جس سے سب کو گِلہ رہا ہے
ذاتی عداوتیں ہیں اور مُلک داؤ پر ہے
جاگو کہ دیس اپنے ہاتھوں سے جا رہا ہے
بچّوں کا فیصلہ بھی پُختہ ہو اِس سے شائد
کچّا تھا اِس کا جو بھی یاں فیصلہ رہا ہے
حسرت مُعاشرے وہ ہیں اور ہی طرح کے
یہ بے ضمِیر، اِن کو اب کیا سُنا رہا ہے
