اک دھواں اٹھ رہا ہے آنگن سے

اک دھواں اٹھ رہا ہے آنگن سے

ہیں ابھی کچھ چراغ روشن سے

اس میں شامل ہے بوئے افلاکی

یہ ہوا آ رہی ہے کس بن سے

دینے آیا ہوں فتح کا مژدہ

بھاگ آیا نہیں ہوں میں رن سے

منزلوں کی بھی آرزو ہے بہت

ڈر بھی لگتا ہے مجھ کو رن بن سے

اب بھی کیا رات کے اندھیرے میں

شعلہ اٹھتا ہے گلشن تن سے

سرخ رو عشق کی بدولت ہوں

کہ میں اس آگ میں ہوں بچپن سے

یہ زمانہ ہے چاپلوسی کا

ہم تو واقف نہیں اسی فن سے

مجھ سے پہچان تیری قائم ہے

میں تمہیں چاہتا ہوں تن من سے
