ابھی ابھی تو مجھے زندگی نے ہارا ہے
تصور رخ جاناں کیے ہوئے ہم لوگ
ہماری آنکھ میں آنسو نہیں ستارا ہے
کوئی چراغ نہ جگنو نہ آئنہ نہ کتاب
یہ کیسا خواب مری آنکھ پر اتارا ہے
بس اک امید ہے جس نے سنبھال رکھا ہے
بس ایک نام ہے جس کا ہمیں سہارا ہے
ابھی میں آیۂ تطہیر پڑھنے والا ہوں
یہ خامشی کسی الہام کا اشارا ہے
